-Airless steel shot blasting system
- Manganese belt with 2"x2" opening and supports
- Main blast cabinet constructed from ¼" manganese alloy
- Blast cabinet liner 3/8"manganese wear resistant plate
- Two overhead, two underthrow (manganese construction)
- Impellers enclosed in manganese wheelhouses lined with replaceable wear plate
- Each impeller driven by a Lincoln TEFC 20 HP impeller drive motor.
- Each impeller equipped with eight replaceable impeller blades.
- Sealed 2" impeller bearings provide superior resistance to abrasive impingement.
- Abrasive feed system including augers, collection hoppers, and a bucket elevator to feed abrasive to the upper wheels
- Power driven manganese belt 2" x 2" opening, (knuckled belt) extending 4' on the entrance and 2' on the exit side of the blaster
- 55" top of conveyor loading height for the manganese belt
- Dayton DC variable speed conveyor drive controls material feed for the manganese belt
- Vestibules constructed from ¼" steel. Each end of the blast cabinet is equipped with seals to prevent the escape of abrasive.
- Catch augers return abrasive to the blast cabinet.
- Access door allows entry to blast cabinet for inspection and maintenance.
- Access panels allow inspection and maintenance of augers and elevator mechanisms.
- Electrical box / control panel positioned on blast cabinet
- Single point electrical hook-up
